The conversion premium is intended to support companies that convert a mini-job into an employment relationship subject to social insurance contributions. A grant of up to 5,000 euros can be awarded.
In order to take advantage of the conversion bonus, the following criteria must be met:
- You currently employ an unemployment benefit2 recipient in a marginal job in your company,
- employment has existed for at least one month
- You conclude an employment contract with the employee for at least 1 year in an employment relationship subject to social security contributions and in compliance with the statutory minimum wage.
- The subsidy amounts to 2,500 euros for part-time employment of at least 16 hours per week and 5,000 euros for full-time employment. The allowance may be granted only once for the same employee within 2 years.
