Data protection for customers in SGB II
The processing of data by the Jobcentre is based in particular on Article 6(3). 1 lit. c GDPR in accordance with Section 67 et seq. SGB X, SGB III, SGB II as well as on special legislation. In addition, in accordance with Article 6(0), the 1 lit. a GDPR allows data collection even if the data subject has given his consent.
