Beneficiaries who are entitled to unemployment benefit II or social benefit for the month of July 2022 and whose needs are based on standard needs level 1 (standard needs for single persons and single parents) or 2 (standard needs for partners of full age) will receive a one-off payment of 200 euros. The benefit serves as direct lump-sum compensation for any existing additional financial burdens as a result of the pandemic and current price increases. Benefits are approved ex officio and a separate notice is issued for the one-time payment. A separate application to the job center is not required.
