We would like to introduce you to the Jobcenter Schwarzwald-Baar-Kreis. Our task is to secure livelihoods through placement in work and the payment of unemployment benefit II. We would like to show you which contact persons you have and which department performs which task.
In-house service center – by phone
Do you have questions about employment services or your entitlement to benefits? Our in-house service centre is at your disposal for your questions Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:30 and Monday to Thursday from 13:30 to 16:00 on 07721/209-777*.
TIP: First, use our in-house service center to contact you, which saves you time and time. If the in-house service center cannot help you immediately, your question will be forwarded to the specialist departments and you will receive a callback.
Reception
Welcome on site. We welcome you at our reception. Here your request will be clarified, you will receive simple information and you will be able to submit documents. If necessary, our reception will take you to the entrance zone of the Schwarzwald-Baar-Kreis Job Centre.
Entrance zone
Our employees in the entrance zone clarify your concerns personally, quickly and competently. If your request is more extensive, our entry zone will arrange appointments for you at the employment agency, case management or the performance department.
Placement
The employment service takes care of getting you into a job. In consultations, the job placement service will assess your individual possibilities and skills in order to search together with you for the next steps on the way to a job. The employment service can also provide financial support for your search for a job. For example, application and travel costs can be reimbursed on a flat-rate basis. Ask specifically about the possibilities offered by the mediation budget.
Case management
Many people who come to us do not immediately find a job for various reasons. In order to be able to respond more individually to problem situations and crisis situations, cooperation with our case management makes sense. Case management will work with you to find a solution and support you personally.
Performance department
The performance department takes care of everything that has to do with securing your livelihood. Unemployment benefit II is geared to your needs. It consists of the standard service as well as the reasonable costs for accommodation and heating. However, you can only receive the service if you submit an application in advance. The benefit department checks and calculates your needs for unemployment benefit II.
