We can support you with the integration grant. The integration allowance is a temporary subsidy to wages. This is to compensate for the lower performance of the new worker. Funding levels and duration always depend on the individual case. Older employees over the age of 50 and severely disabled persons represent a group of people who can be supported in a special way.
