With a company internship, the so-called “measure with an employer”, you not only give potential employees an insight into the requirements and activities of employment in your company. During the aptitude test, you have the opportunity to clarify the employee’s skills and qualifications and to impart specific knowledge.
The following should be noted:
- Contacting the job center is always necessary before starting the internship.
- As a rule, the internship may last a maximum of four to six weeks.
- You, as the employer, are responsible for registering with the employers’ liability insurance association.
- During the internship period, living benefits will continue to be paid to the potential employee by the Job Center.
- The costs for travel to the place of work, for work clothes and, if necessary, childcare can be covered to a reasonable extent by the job center.
